1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and bn550 (the "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). The Agreement governs all aspects of your use of the bn550 platform, including but not limited to account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, sports betting, casino games, and all other features and services available at bn550.com.

By clicking "I Agree", completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the bn550 platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the bn550 platform.

bn550 operates under an internationally recognised gaming licence. These Terms are subject to the conditions of that licence and applicable international gaming regulations. Where any clause of these Terms conflicts with the requirements of the applicable gaming licence authority, the licence authority's requirements shall prevail.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the bn550 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied before an account may be opened or maintained:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity).
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, director, officer, or close associate of bn550 or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, court order, or other legal restriction that prohibits your participation in online gaming.

By registering an account, you represent and warrant that all eligibility requirements are satisfied at the time of registration and will continue to be satisfied for as long as your account remains open. bn550 accepts no liability for any loss arising from a player's misrepresentation of their age or eligibility.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Registration Requirements

To open a bn550 account, you must complete the registration process accurately and truthfully. You must provide your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and a Pakistani mobile number associated with your JazzCash or EasyPaisa wallet (where applicable). Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active bn550 account at any given time. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to circumvent bonus restrictions, betting limits, or account suspensions — will be closed without notice. Any balance held in duplicate accounts may be voided and any bonuses credited to such accounts will be cancelled.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your bn550 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication method associated with your account. You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted under your account — including any bets placed, deposits made, or withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you. bn550 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their credentials.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bn550 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL (Habib Bank Limited), UBL (United Bank Limited), Meezan Bank, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). bn550 does not apply hidden currency conversion margins on PKR transactions. The amounts credited to and debited from your bn550 account reflect the actual PKR value of each transaction.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits apply and are displayed in your account cashier at the time of each transaction. These limits may be adjusted from time to time and may vary by payment method. bn550 reserves the right to impose individual account-level limits where required by our responsible gaming obligations or our risk management procedures.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed identity and age verification before any withdrawal is released.
• Withdrawals will be directed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, where technically possible.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to bonus funds must be fulfilled before the associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• bn550 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain threshold amounts, which will be communicated to the player at the time of the request.
• Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment method and are indicative only. bn550 does not guarantee specific processing timelines, though we commit to processing requests without unreasonable delay.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, bn550 offers bonuses, free bet credits, reload promotions, and other incentives to registered players. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonuses are issued to registered, verified account holders only. Players who have not completed KYC verification are not eligible to withdraw winnings derived from bonus funds.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement — the number of times the bonus amount (or, in some cases, the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is displayed at the time the bonus is credited.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the individual offer terms. Certain game categories — including, but not limited to, specific live casino tables or low-margin sports markets — may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements.
• bn550 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited to player accounts at the time of withdrawal of an offer will be honoured subject to all applicable terms.
• Any player found to be exploiting bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit wagering requirements, or other forms of bonus abuse — will have their bonus cancelled and may have their account suspended.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

6. Betting Rules & Market Settlement

6.1 Placement of Bets

A bet placed on the bn550 platform is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number. In the event of a technical failure during the bet placement process, it is your responsibility to verify whether your bet has been accepted by checking your bet history in your account. bn550 accepts no liability for bets that were not successfully confirmed due to connectivity or device issues on the player's side.

6.2 Market Settlement & Errors

bn550 settles all markets in accordance with published market-specific rules. Cricket markets — including PSL fixtures, international bilateral series, and ICC tournament events — are settled according to the official results published by the relevant cricket authority. In the event of an obvious error in odds — including any odds that are manifestly incorrect due to a technical fault or human data entry error — bn550 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players' accounts. This right applies regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply on all markets and are displayed on the bet slip at the time of placement. bn550 reserves the right to impose individual account-level stake restrictions where required by its risk management framework. Such restrictions do not constitute a breach of these Terms.

6.4 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting is subject to additional latency and data feed considerations. bn550 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time and to void bets placed after the outcome of the relevant event or phase of play has already been determined, even if the platform did not reflect this outcome in real time at the moment of bet placement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bn550 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Opening or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any verification process.
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other form of artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Deliberately exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes in a systematic manner.
• Engaging in matched betting or arbitrage strategies designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Participating in any form of collusion with other players, including the coordination of bets to guarantee outcomes.
• Using the platform to launder money or engage in any other activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws or regulations.
• Accessing the platform via VPN, proxy, or other means designed to disguise your true location or identity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the bn550 platform in any way.
• Engaging in threatening, abusive, or harassing behaviour directed at bn550 staff or other players.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

bn550 reserves the right to suspend or close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Where the player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• Where the player has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request from bn550.
• Where the player's account activity raises concerns under bn550's anti-money laundering obligations.
• Where bn550 is required to do so by a regulatory body, court order, or law enforcement authority.
• Where the player has requested self-exclusion under bn550's Responsible Gaming programme.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their bn550 account may do so by contacting the support team. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days. Any verified balance remaining at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the player's nominated payment method, subject to all applicable withdrawal conditions being satisfied.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bn550's liability to any player arising from or related to their use of the platform is limited to the total value of deposits made by that player in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bn550 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, consequential, incidental, punitive, or special damages of any kind.
• Loss arising from the player's failure to comply with these Terms.
• Loss arising from system downtime, maintenance periods, or technical failures outside bn550's reasonable control.
• Loss arising from the player's use of the platform in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit bn550's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

bn550 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the bn550 Privacy Policy. Key points include:

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under our gaming licence, whose decision shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall restrict your right to bring a claim before a court of competent jurisdiction where such right cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
